After entering the main gate, you will find a caretakers house on one side which is a 2 bedroom, one bath with veranda and on the other side of the gate is a small garage with a 14 foot door opening. Pavers for the driveway that leads up to the main house.

Also included is a small guest house which is a one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/living area and a great deck that faces the Belize River. By the side of the guest house are stone steps leading down to the river. Close by is a green house attached to a 20 foot container (storage area).

The main house consists of a 2 car garage with an overhead door. Laundry room with a gas hot water heater, with a very large open plan kitchen and dining room, two pantries, US fixtures and US appliances.

In the hallway, one bedroom with a bathroom and which leads to the master bedroom.

A master suite with full bath, walk-in closets and next to it is a large office (which could be converted into another bedroom). Doors that lead outside to a nice patio area. There are three split air conditioning units - living room, master bedroom and the office.

Two guard dogs that will remain with the house.. these dogs are well trained and have never left the property.

In addition to the many areas, there are also 2 twenty foot containers (additional storage) with roofing which is used as an open workshop area.
